Meet the Owner

Nicole Strong-Rohen has been passionately dedicated to the field of long-term care since 2006. Her journey began in Social Services, where she quickly recognized her calling to support and uplift those in need,. She remained in that role until 2014, allowing her to develop a strong foundation in the industry. 

After earning a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and obtaining her professional counseling license, she expanded her expertise by counseling clients facing mental health disorders, addictions, and traumatic experiences. This experience deepened her understanding of the complexities of care and reinforced her commitment to helping others. 

In 2018, her love for long-term care drew her back to the field as she resumed her role as a Social Services Director. Wanting to make an even greater impact, she obtained her Nursing Home Administrator's license, as well as an Assisted Living Director certification. With a wealth of experience through her various roles in long-term care, she now enjoys empowering communities to thrive through the use of her consulting services.
