Meet the Owner

Nicole Strong began her long-term care career in 2006 as a Social Services Assistant. From there, she transitioned into a Social Services Director and she continued to act in that role until 2014. 

Nicole changed careers after finishing her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.  She received her license in professional counseling and counseled clients with mental health disorders, addictions, and those who experienced traumatic experiences in their lives. 

Ultimately, Nicole recognized that she thrived, and enjoyed, working in long-term care, and she returned to the field in 2018 and resumed her career as a Social Services Director.  Nicole made the decision that she wanted to help in a greater capacity and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator's license in 2020. She also obtained her Assisted Living Director certification. Nicole has been an Administrator for nursing homes, assisted livings and memory care, and now enjoys helping communities grow and succeed through her consulting services.
