Staff training includes, but is not limited to, abuse regulations and reporting guidelines, behaviors and interventions, dementia and traumatic brain injuries, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI certification includes verbal de-escalation techniques, mental health interventions, physical interventions), mental health diagnoses and symptoms, P4P education, trauma-informed care, documentation, fall prevention and interventions
